How to be kind

Hello Everyone!
Welcome back to my blog.

We've talked about what is kindness and whom to be kind to. But this time, let's talk about How to be Kind.
So there are briefly 5 very simple points that need to be followed in order to be kind  :-

1)Anger Management - So how often do we see people misdirecting their anger of one person at another person or a thing? And how often do we let that misdirected anger affect us?
Way too often..
Just by questioning our aggression each time we feel angry, we can validate the extent of our anger. Instead of taking it out on another thing or person to feel calm momentarily, it is better to explain the validity of our anger to the person we are angry at. By replacing aggression and managing anger, we can be kind to the person whom we are angry at and to other innocent people around us.

2) Self Acceptance - This is the most important way to be kind to yourself. Accept yourself just the way you are. Being too fat, too slim, nerdy, quiet, talkative, too tall, too short, etc are all parts of you that make you who you are. Accept them. Once you accept yourself and your ways and methods, it does not matter what others think of you. As long as you are on terms with yourself, you will be happy with yourself.
It's the happiest people that enjoy even the smallest of successes and the saddest ones that choose self harm for the smallest of failures.
Accept yourself, and Be Kind to yourself.

3) Consideration -  Be considerate to people and things around you, give them your attention, Be kind to them. If someone around you is sad, ask them why is it so. Not just as a formality, but genuinely. Feed a poor person or a hungry animal around you. Clean your surroundings if they've been dirty for a long time. Be Attentive, Be Observant, Be Kind.

4) Sense of Giving - Selfishness should not stop you from being kind. Be selfless and give back to the ones you are thankful of. Be happy of what you have. By having gratitude and by being thankful to everyone and everything around you, you will develop the sense of giving back. This way, you will want to be kind to everyone and everything around you.

5) Do not Expect a Return - Be kind in every possible way, but not with an intention of receiving back the kindness you give. As I said in my previous blog, small acts of kindness will have bigger returns in the future. But it is not right to be kind only for the motive of getting back. The person or the animal you are kind to, may not directly be kind back to you, but all the good deeds you do, will pay you off at some point in your life.

So, follow these very easy 5 steps and be kind
I am glad you made to the end of this long blog.
